John’s unique method of contact using a scheduled voice or video call was really helpful. His charge of $30 for the call is well worth the investment. I had a funky noise coming out of my back end. Disassembled the hub to find a broken axle and beat up freewheel. I was looking at $900 to replace the wheel. I searched online for the replacement parts for a couple of days without any luck. Just as I was about to throw in the towel, I found RogueMechanic. RM had both parts in stock and the rebuild went perfectly. Saved me a bunch of $$ and gave the satisfaction of a DIY win. LFG!!
