Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rog101@mac.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at roguemechanic@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate) receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email) before the 14-day period expires. You can contact us at:

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than14 days from the day we receive your returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications, clearly personalized, or that by their nature cannot be returned (e.g., sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons).

Conformity of Goods — EU/EEA Customers

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have statutory rights under EU law regarding the conformity of goods (EU Directive 2019/771).

All products we sell must conform to the contract of sale. A product is considered non-conforming if it:

  • Does not match the description, type, quantity, or specifications stated at the time of purchase
  • Is not fit for the purpose for which goods of that type are normally used
  • Does not possess the quality and performance characteristics that you would reasonably expect

If a product you receive is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the following remedies within2 years of delivery:

  1. Repair of the product, or
  2. Replacement with a conforming product, or
  3. A price reduction or full refund, if repair or replacement is not possible or has failed
