RogueMechanic Support Services seeks to fill that void by being your trustworthy go-to contact when you can't find the technical information you are looking for or need advice on a purchase or a repair. You can schedule time with me in 15-minute increments for either a phone call or a virtual/video meeting using Google Meet. These can scheduled below. Additionally, there will be tech videos available for purchase that might provide the information you are looking for. Suppose you want to avoid the a la carte pricing. In that case, there is also a monthly membership available. The membership includes unlimited calls and virtual meetings, tech videos, access to the RogueMechanic private Facebook group, member discounts for items sold on the website, and monthly live video AMA as well as other relative content.
The cost for the phone and virtual meeting is only $30 per 15 minutes. These can be scheduled below. Any calls made without scheduling will be accommodated when possible.
If a call or virtual meeting isn't convenient for one reason or another, this can be done via email for the same cost. The cost is $30 USD for up to 15 minutes (or the equivalent level of detail by email). Once payment is received, I’ll review your photos and send a clear recommendation on what to do next. I may ask for a few more details or photos if needed — but there will be no extra cost beyond the initial $30 consultation. I’ll receive a notice once payment is made and will follow up as soon as possible with my advice.
