Very knowledgeable support. I have 26” Mavic wheels, finding spokes was difficult to say the least. I was lucky to find the Rouge Mechanic, they had my spokes in stock, and my wheels were back together and tunedin a flash. You guys are a real life saver and you will be the first place to look for any spare bike parts in the future!

The bushing was simple to install /per your video. The freehub still has some play but it is 20+ years old.
The wheel set has been bullet proof over the years. I'm trying to hang on to them as long as possible.

RogueMechanic helped me when I damaged my Mavic Ksyrium Elite front rim. He had a replacement rim available (and it was on sale!), and got it shipped within 2 or 3 days. It arrived well packaged, brand new and sparkling. I was able to rebuild my wheel with the old spokes, and all was good again. One issue was the shipping and brokerage cost (I had it shipped to Canada). The rim cost $56, and shipping and brokerage came to $94, plus $10 tax (no duty, no tariffs). This is obviously not RogueMechanics fault, but it is too bad that the shipping and brokerage adds so much to the "raw cost" of the item. This is my second order from RM and I am really pleased with the stuff, and the advice offered by John who responded right away when I had questions.

Rebuilt the rear from damage done years ago and they have already been ridden 3 times and still look brand new! Appreciate you guys for being here!
